Abstract
When Francesca Hoffman's old cousin passes away and leaves her his large house on the St. Johns River, the 19-year-old Mennonite girl and her Aunt Cora leave their farm in Lancaster, PA, to assess the inheritance. However, once Francesca realizes that someone is attempting to kill her and take the property, she decides to keep her curiosity to herself while discovering who would kill her for her newfound property.
