Will the love between Margaret and Lewis be enough to weather the storms of the Seminole Wars, the Civil War, and Reconstruction?<br /><br />The other identifiable local locations are Margaret's childhood home in Switzerland along the St. Johns River, and the <a href="https://staugustinefiction.omeka.net/admin/items/show/432" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ximenez-Fatio House</a> in St. Augustine.<br /><br />Dr. Fleming's family lived on the opposite side of the St. Johns River on the plantation of Hibernia, and Margaret built the now-historic St. Margaret's Episcopal Church and Cemetery. Doctors Lake is named for Dr. Fleming.]]></dcterms:abstract>
