This novel follows two assassins, Mick and Sunny (from book 1) as they prepare for an ambitious hit on a high-profile target, none other than former President Bill Clinton, who plans on speaking at Flagler College's Lewis Auditorium. Meanwhile, a terrorist group is planning their own strike in the city, utilizing a nuclear device codenamed the "Gift of Fire." The two parties will collide, the body count will rise, and tensions will grow hot as Flagler College staff prepare for the former President's arrival - unknowing of the nuclear obliteration that may await the Ancient City.
