He is also a messenger between the young lovers, Richard Musgrove and Anote/Wood Lily. Meanwhile, Anote is caught in a love triangle with a Uchee who believes an alliance with the Spanish is in the tribes' best interest. Will true love prevail, or will Anote's story end in sadness?
