Description

Beachcomber, a restaurant on A Street in St. Augustine Beach, originally opened in the 1940s in a wood shack for beachgoers to grab food without leaving the beach.

The current Beachcomber was built in 1984. From 1987-2000, Frank O'Rourke owned and operated the popular restuarant. The Beachcomber was sold in 2014 to Don and Ashley Samora, and Danielle and Steve LeClair. The LeClair/Samora's The Beachcomber is known for seafood, sandwiches, and local beers.
