Various short stories from both Floridian and non-Floridian authors of memories of Christmas's in Florida or fictional stories.
The chapters for St. Augustine are "Christmas in St. Augustine" by Elizabeth Duran Gessner and is a historical narrative of the traditions surrounding Christmas for the 1st to 2nd Spanish Periods and the 21st century.
The second St. Augustine chapter is a story in an unidentified location, but won first place in 2002 in the St. Augustine Record for a holiday story contest, entitled, "Snowflake" by R.L. Williams. It is the story of a little girl who persists in trying to buy a lame puppy at a pet store for her sister for Christmas.
