Abstract
Gemma Hart isn't a typical high schooler--even though she wishes she could be. Gemma's family possess the power to travel through time and alter history. She has to juggle teenager stuff and time-travel stuff, and because of this, Gemma has a hard time dealing with normal people. That changes when she meets Harrison Granger whose family recently moved to St. Augustine. The narrative flips between 2011 and times in history as the Hart family tries to fix problems or save people in the past.
Local locations visited or mentioned in the text include St. Augustine High School, the Bridge of Lions, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra Beaches, and Anastasia State Park. The St. Augustine Mall ("the Small") including a movie theatre is mentioned, but the description does not match a single building in town.
