This book focuses on the French Huguenot’s journey with a more balanced view than normal on the disputes between the Spanish and the French.<br /><br />Other notable local locations visited include Matanzas Inlet and Anastasia Island.</p>]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[King Louis XIV (reign: 1643-1715) is ruling France, and King Charles II (reign: 1660-1685) is ruling England, but in the Carolina Colony, Frenchman, Colonel Huguenin, and Englishman, Captain Jack Middleton, are busy fight Indians and trying to grow crops. When Middleton's true love, Antionette Huguenin, is captured en route to the New World, he travels to St. Augustine to rescue her from the Spanish. With help from friendly warriors, such as Lumulgee, he makes his way to the city only to learn that the Spanish governor's nephew plans to marry his dear Antoinette!
